Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Your safari begins in Nairobi, where a professional driver-guide will pick you up and provide a brief overview of the journey ahead. You will then travel south to Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most scenic parks and famous for its incredible views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, check in at Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you may relax at the camp or head out on an optional game drive to spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 2: Explore Amboseli National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the beautiful landscapes of Amboseli National Park. The park’s swampy areas attract large herds of elephants and hippos, while the open plains support many antelope species and abundant birdlife. After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive. Return to the camp for lunch and relaxation before heading out again for an afternoon game drive. On clear days, the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro provides a spectacular backdrop for wildlife photography.

Day 3: Amboseli to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tanzania through the Namanga Border and continue to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its massive baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive where you may see lions, elands, lesser kudu, and the graceful gerenuk. Later in the evening, transfer to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, travel to the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of the largest intact volcanic calderas in the world. The area hosts a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, flamingos, and numerous bird species. Upon arrival, check in at Ngorongoro Kuhama Camp for lunch before enjoying an afternoon exploration of the surrounding landscapes.

Day 5: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you will pass through Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. Here, archaeologists Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey made groundbreaking discoveries about early human ancestors. You may choose to visit the Olduvai Gorge museum at an additional cost before continuing to the Serengeti. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, home to wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and lions.

Day 6: Full Day Safari in Serengeti

Begin the day with an early sunrise game drive in Serengeti National Park. Early morning is one of the best times to see predators such as lions and leopards as they hunt across the plains. Your guide will select the best routes depending on wildlife movements and the season to maximize your chances of seeing the park’s diverse animals.

Day 7: Serengeti to Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and travel north toward the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya via the Isebania Border. Upon arrival, check in at Zebra Plains Mara Camp and enjoy lunch followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara
