Day 1: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

The adventure begins with an early morning departure from Entebbe to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience among these endangered giants. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in the afternoon. Visit the top of the falls for a breathtaking view of the Nile as it crashes through a narrow gorge. Check in at your lodge for an evening of relaxation.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls

Start with an early morning game drive on the northern banks of the Nile, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and various antelope species. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile, getting close to hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birds, concluding with a view of the falls from below.

Day 3: Transfer to Gulu for Cultural Experience 

After breakfast, drive to Gulu, a town rich in culture and history. Explore the local Acholi communities, learning about their traditions, dances, and way of life. A guided tour of Gulu provides insight into the region’s recovery from past conflicts. Spend the evening at leisure, soaking in Northern Uganda’s hospitality.

Day 4: Gulu to Kidepo Valley National Park 

Travel through remote landscapes and rolling hills to Kidepo Valley National Park, one of Africa’s most isolated and stunning wildlife reserves. Arrive in time for an evening game drive in Narus Valley, where lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of buffalo roam. Enjoy the sunset over the vast wilderness before returning to your lodge. Day 5: Full Day Game Drive and Karamojong Cultural Experience

Spend the morning on a full day game drive in Kidepo, experiencing exceptional wildlife sightings against dramatic mountain backdrops. In the afternoon, visit a Karamojong Manyatta (traditional homestead) to learn about their customs, warrior traditions, and cattle keeping lifestyle. Participate in storytelling and traditional dances before returning to your lodge.

Day 6: Scenic Drive to Moroto to Explore Karamoja

Depart Kidepo and drive to Moroto, the cultural heart of Karamoja. Take a guided nature walk through surrounding hills and visit the Karamoja Museum to understand the region’s history. Interact with local artisans to learn about traditional beadwork and crafts. Stay overnight at a community run lodge to experience authentic Karamoja hospitality. Day 7: Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve

A morning drive leads to Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve, Uganda’s second largest protected area. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of cheetahs, roan antelopes, ostriches, and other rare species. Day 8: Transfer to Sipi Falls for Coffee Tour

After breakfast, drive towards Mount Elgon’s foothills, arriving at Sipi Falls in the afternoon. Take a guided hike to the three cascading waterfalls and enjoy panoramic views of the lush landscape. Later, visit a local coffee farm to learn about coffee production and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Arabica coffee. Relax at your lodge in the evening. Day 9: Explore Sipi Falls and Leisure

Day 10: Transfer Back to Entebbe
