Day 1 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park Game Drive 

Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or preferred location in Arusha. Meet your professional guide and depart for Tarangire National Park, located about two hours from Arusha. Upon arrival, begin your game drive through Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. As you explore the park, you may encounter animals such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and various antelope species. Enjoy lunch during the safari before continuing with the afternoon game drive across the park’s scenic landscapes along the Tarangire River, where many animals gather to drink water, especially during the dry season. In the late afternoon, depart the park and head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay. 

Day 2 - Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

After breakfast at the lodge, depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife conservation areas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater for a morning game drive, exploring its unique ecosystem that supports a high concentration of wildlife. Within the crater floor, you may see lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, flamingos, and possibly the rare black rhinoceros. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery and wildlife viewing, ascend from the crater and begin the journey back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or preferred location in the afternoon.
