Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Mombasa in a comfortable safari van equipped with an openable pop-up roof for optimal game viewing. Enjoy a scenic drive to Tsavo East, entering through Bachuma Gate. After completing park entry formalities, embark on your first exciting game drive. Tsavo East is famous for its vast red-dust plains and large herds of elephants, often referred to as the “Red Elephants of Tsavo.” You may also spot lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. Visit Aruba Dam, a popular watering hole that attracts wildlife throughout the day. Proceed to your lodge for check-in, lunch, and relaxation. Accommodation options may include: Voi Safari Lodge Ashnil Aruba Lodge Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Tsavo East to Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, depart Tsavo East with a short morning game drive en route to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in Amboseli in time for a game drive across its open plains, famous for large elephant herds and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. On clear days, the snow-capped summit creates one of the most iconic backdrops in African safari photography. Amboseli is home to elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife. The park’s swamps and seasonal wetlands attract wildlife year-round. Check in at your lodge or camp,Enjoy lunch and some relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli Exploration & Return to Mombasa

Start your day with an early morning game drive, the best time to witness Amboseli’s wildlife at its most active. The golden sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro provides a spectacular and unforgettable view. After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Mombasa. Enjoy scenic countryside views along the way, arriving at your hotel in the late afternoon with incredible memories of Kenya’s wildlife and landscapes.
