Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Evening Game Drive

Your journey begins with a morning departure from Entebbe, heading west towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the countryside, tea plantations, and traditional homesteads. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge before heading out for an evening game drive in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, and various antelope species. The drive offers a chance to witness the park’s diverse wildlife as the sun sets. Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Kikorongo Safari Lodge 

Day 2: Morning Boat Cruise & Transfer to Bwindi

Start the day with a breathtaking boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where you will witness large herds of hippos, crocodiles basking on the shores, and an array of bird species. After the cruise, embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through the rolling hills of southwestern Uganda. Arrive in the evening and settle into your lodge, surrounded by the mystical rainforest. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Kaara Gorilla Mountain Lodge 

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Cultural Experience

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting off into the dense jungle for a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience. Trek through the thick vegetation, guided by experienced rangers, until you find a gorilla family. Spend an awe-inspiring hour observing their behaviours before trekking back. In the afternoon, engage in a cultural experience with the Batwa pygmies, learning about their ancient forest lifestyle, hunting techniques, and traditional dances. Day 4: Transfer Back to Entebbe via the Equator

After breakfast, begin the journey back to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator for photography and souvenir shopping. Arrive in Entebbe in the afternoon or evening, marking the end of your adventure. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: None (End of trip)
