Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Depart from Kampala early in the morning for a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside, including tea plantations and rolling hills. Stop at the Equator for a brief photo session and continue through Mbarara, where you will have lunch. Arrive at the park in the afternoon, check in at your lodge, and relax as you enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park 

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, a prime location for spotting wildlife. Expect to see elephants, buffalos, lions, antelopes, warthogs, and various bird species. Mid morning, take a short break at a scenic viewpoint before continuing the game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes, including crater lakes and open savannahs. Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, continue exploring the park in search of more wildlife, with a focus on predators and grazing herbivores. Conclude the day with an evening drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Visit Ishasha Sector and Afternoon Boat Cruise

After breakfast, transfer to the Ishasha sector, a remote area in the southern part of the park known for its famous tree-climbing lions. Spend the morning searching for these elusive predators resting in fig trees while also spotting herds of buffalos, elephants, and topis. After the Ishasha experience, return to the northern part of the park for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a relaxing boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. Enjoy close-up sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and an array of bird species, including African fish eagles, pelicans, and kingfishers. After the cruise, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer Back to Kampala

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of the lodge. Begin the journey back to Kampala with scenic views along the way. Stop in Mbarara for lunch and another brief stop at the Equator for souvenir shopping and photography. Arrive in Kampala in the evening, marking the end of your adventure.
