Day 1 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park 

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or preferred location in Arusha. After meeting your professional safari guide, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Upon arrival, begin a game drive through Tarangire, where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and various antelope species. The park is also home to predators such as lions and leopards. Enjoy lunch during the safari before continuing with an afternoon game drive along the Tarangire River, a key water source that attracts wildlife throughout the year. Later in the afternoon, exit the park and transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay. 

Day 2 - Tarangire Area to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the world famous Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the scenic highlands and conservation areas surrounding the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy beautiful views of the landscapes and wildlife along the way as you head toward the Serengeti plains. Upon arrival in the park, begin your afternoon game drive across the vast savannahs, where you may spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras. Continue exploring the park before heading to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay. 

Day 3 - Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Area

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, giving you another opportunity to witness the incredible wildlife of the Serengeti ecosystem. Depending on the season, you may observe large migrations of wildebeests and zebras moving across the plains. After the game drive and lunch, depart Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying scenic views along the way. Arrive at your lodge near the crater rim or in Karatu in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 - Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, drive to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater for a morning game drive on the crater floor, which hosts an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and the rare black rhinoceros. After the game drive and picnic lunch, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
