Terms and Conditions

Unless you book a private safari, you may share transport and accommodation with other guests. We ask all clients to embrace the camaraderie of the journey.

Respecting local cultures and customs is part of the Unique Preen experience. Relax, engage, and enjoy your adventure responsibly.

Changes in Itineraries

While we plan each tour meticulously, weather, road conditions, or wildlife movement may necessitate changes. Any client-initiated itinerary adjustments post-booking must be approved by our office. Our team will ensure your trip remains seamless and enjoyable.

Prices

Quoted prices cover the full itinerary as described. Unless expressly stated, no additional fees will apply.

Transport

Safaris run in our well-maintained 4x4s, minibuses, or sedans. We include complimentary airport and hotel transfers as part of our service promise.

Advance Bookings

A 20% deposit of the total safari cost is due at least 30 days before departure to secure your reservation.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before the safari begins. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• No show — 100% charge
• 1–7 days before — 75% charge
• 8–14 days before — 50% charge
• More than 14 days — 25% charge

Liability

Unique Preen Safaris is not liable for personal belongings. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance and offer a secure storage area for valuables.

Subcontracting

We may subcontract parts of your safari under the same terms and standards.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
