About this tour

7:00 AM – Pickup from your Nairobi hotel and begin the drive to Lake Naivasha. Enjoy the scenic 1.5 to 2-hour journey through the Kenyan countryside.

9:00 AM – Arrive at Lake Naivasha and embark on a 1-hour boat ride. Spot hippos, fish eagles, and a variety of birdlife as you cruise on the calm waters.

10:00 AM – Transfer to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, just a short drive away. Take a guided walking safari for about 2 hours, exploring the island’s free-roaming wildlife like giraffes, zebras, impalas, and waterbucks.

12:30 PM – Break for lunch at a nearby lodge or picnic spot overlooking the lake. Relax and enjoy your meal for about 1 to 1.5 hours.

3:30 PM – Start the drive back to Nairobi, soaking in the beautiful scenery on the way.
