Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Depart Nairobi at 7:00 a.m. for the legendary Masai Mara, with stops at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and Narok Town. Arrive in time for lunch and a short rest. Later, head out for an evening game drive in this iconic reserve known for its dense wildlife populations and variety. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Masai Mara – Full-Day Game Drive

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day of wildlife tracking across the rolling hills and acacia-dotted plains of the Mara. The reserve’s excellent road network offers unmatched game viewing and photography opportunities. Stop for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool before continuing your adventure. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Start the day with an early morning game drive before breakfast. Then, depart for Lake Nakuru, with scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha along the way. Enjoy lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Nakuru.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Samburu

After breakfast, explore Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos, white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and other wildlife. Later, drive north via Thomson’s Falls and Nanyuki to reach Samburu in time for an evening game drive en route to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Samburu National Reserve

Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu, a reserve known for its arid beauty and unique northern species such as the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. Break for lunch and relaxation at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Samburu – Sweetwaters (Ol Pejeta Conservancy)

After an early game drive and breakfast, travel to Sweetwaters Conservancy. After check-in and lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive, including a visit to the famous Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Sweetwaters

Begin with a morning game drive and breakfast, then transfer to your base hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, proceed to your hotel, where you’ll enjoy a unique overnight experience as forest wildlife visits the floodlit waterhole and salt lick. Be prepared for wake-up calls if Big Five animals are spotted at night. Overnight at the Treehotel.

Day 8: Sweetwaters – Nairobi After an early transfer back to the base hotel for breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Enjoy the tranquil highland scenery and, if weather permits, views of Mount Kenya. Arrive in Nairobi by lunchtime and be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
