6:00 AM – Pick-up from Hotel / Residence

Your driver-guide will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel or designated location in Nairobi. An early start gives you the best chance to see active wildlife, especially predators like lions, which are more visible before the heat of the day.

6:30 AM – Game Drive at Nairobi National Park Enter Nairobi National Park as it opens. The park is home to a variety of wildlife including lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, impalas, ostriches, crocodiles, and over 400 bird species. With luck, you may spot four of the Big Five (elephants are not found here). The open savannah against the backdrop of Nairobi’s skyline offers incredible photographic opportunities.

 10:30 AM – Exit the Park and Drive to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

After your game drive, head to the nearby David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, which opens to visitors only between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. 11:00 AM – Visit David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage Enjoy a heartwarming hour as you watch baby elephants being fed and playing in the mud. Caretakers share the story of each orphan, detailing the rescue and rehabilitation process. It’s one of the most touching wildlife experiences in Nairobi.

12:00 PM – Transfer to Giraffe Centre

 From Sheldrick’s, head over to the Giraffe Centre in Lang’ata, the home of the endangered Rothschild giraffes. 12:30 PM – Visit Giraffe Centre Here, you can hand-feed giraffes from an elevated platform and even get a “giraffe kiss” if you’re brave enough! Learn about giraffe conservation and enjoy a walk on the nearby nature trail.

1:30 PM – Lunch (Optional at Nearby Restaurant) You may opt to have lunch at a nearby restaurant s This break also gives you time to relax and reflect on the day’s experience.

3:00 PM – Return Transfer to Your Hotel After a memorable day, you’ll be driven back to your hotel or airport in Nairobi, arriving by around 4:00 PM, depending on traffic.
